Shipping Information
How We Ship:
We use Canada Post for all shipments. Most orders qualify as letter mail, which means no tracking by default. Want tracking? Let us know before or right after placing your order—we’re happy to add it (small extra charge may apply).
Once your order is shipped, it’s out of our hands—Barbie Fox Studios isn’t responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Need insurance? Reach out before ordering.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship across Canada and the USA.
Shipping Rates:
Flat rate shipping applies and will be calculated at checkout. Rates may change over time.
Processing Time:
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation when it’s on the way!

Returns & Refunds
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:
Return Window:
You have 30 days from purchase to request a return. After that, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (like a receipt) is required.

Sale items cannot be refunded—only full-priced items are eligible.

Some cases may qualify for partial refunds (like late returns).
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Need an exchange? Email us.
How to Return an Item:
